Save a Life CPR is an authorized provider for the Canadian Red Cross. We deliver public first aid & CPR courses monthly in the Zehrs upstairs community rooms in Kitchener, Stanley Park Mall at 1005 Ottawa Street North and Zehrs South Cambridge (200 Franklin Blvd.)

We specialize in private training for groups of 8 or more onsite at one of our facilities or offsite at the location of your choice.

Courses include:

  • CPR/AED: Level A (adult CPR), C (baby, child, adult & 2 person rescuer CPR) or HCP (health care professional CPR)
  • Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED: Level A, C or HCP. (Child Care Emergency First Aid & CPR can be offered on a private basis- groups of 8 or more).
  • Standard First Aid & CPR/AED: Level A, C or HCP. (Child Care Standard First Aid & CPR can be offered on a private basis- groups of 8 or more).
  • Babysitting Course: - Youth ages 11-16
  • PeopleSavers: (Level 1-4) - Kids 5-12 yrs.

Courses can be customized to meet the specific needs of your group. All courses are WSIB an OSHAS accredited.


WSIB regulation 1101 requires Employers with 5 or more employees to have at least one staff member onsite at all times trained in Standard First Aid CPR/AED within 2 minutes of a first aid station. Employers with less than 5 employees are required to have at least one staff member onsite at all times trained in Emergency First Aid CPR/AED on site at all times within 2 minutes of a first aid station. Take into consideration staff holidays, turnover, sick days etc ..


Save-A-Life CPR holds a Health Canada Class III Medical Device Establishment Licence. We are proud to be a distributor of the HEARTSINE SAM PAD Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The SAM PAD is the most compact, lightweight and economical AED for sale in Canada (just 2.4lbs).

We also offer a wide variety of first aid kits and supplies for everyone and specific workplace first aid kits. Workplace first aid kits are designed for small workplaces (1-5 employees), medium workplaces (6-15 employees) and large workplaces (16-199 employees). All of our workplace first aid kits exceed WSIB regulation 1101 requirements.
